Returns & Refunds
For a return, the item must be either damaged or an incorrect item. We cannot offer you a refund for other occurrences.
Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for damage on delivery from a service provider. However, we ask that you still contact us so we can help in other ways.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped.
Due to the state of the current world we are asking if you may please be patient, all orders are sent with tracking & we only know just as much as you do. We cannot offer refunds for delayed shipments.
If the item you have received is not the right size, we ask that you pay for the return shipping & after inspecting the item we will send the alternate size (if available) at our free of charge.
